"I have never in my life had a better experience at a car dealership in my life than at Tom Wood Volkswagen. I used to work at a dealership and most, well, come to think of it- all of the sales people that worked there were shady and would say/do anything just to sell and get their numbers up, regardless if the car they were pitching was worth the price being asked or if it wasn't even worth looking at. In my book that's wrong and because of being exposed to that for so long my outlook on sales associates was not so good. That is, until I worked with Scott Krueger on my vehicle. In my book, Scott Krueger is the most honest, caring, straight forward, best sales associate I have ever dealt with- by far. For that I want to thank you!
